Unexpected Versatility PART II
CHAPTER 2
“I want you to fire that man”, was all that Max said to his agent the next time they saw each other. That excuse of an agent just answered with an explanation as simple as “no can do, he’s selling good on the market” which to Max that was simply stupid, he was selling better by a long shot. His agent was not having it and dismissed him. “He will catch up to you in no time, you know that? It’s time to bend a little, M.”
Furious about this, Max went to the gym to vent working out. As he hit and kicked the punching bag he thought about Samuel, how he felt the guy so conceited, so demanding when he still didn’t have much of a name. Max was sure that Samuel got this far because of the atmosphere he portrayed on scene, but he was sure he was going to be a burn out, in no time everybody was going to forget about him. He kept exercising but it wasn’t enough to distract him. He needed to do something about this. He decided to run for a while.
So he jogged, stopping a few times to see the windowsill of some shops, keeping his interest on clothing and whatever. Time flew by and when he was too tired to continue he looked around and realized he didn’t know the area. He got lost, something that happened too often already. He wouldn’t call his agent for help, had some pride. He thought about calling a cab, but he didn’t see any on the street. He felt anxious but he couldn’t stay still. He began to walk aimlessly. Suddenly, a voice called for him, “Hey! Max!”, just when he felt he was saved, he turned around to find Samuel standing a few feet away. Good lord, what are the chances?
“What is it? What do you want?”, he knew he had answered rather pettily but he couldn’t help it, this man was just bad news around him. “I just wanted to know what where you doing around here”. Max felt at a lose, he couldn’t find his way. “I’m looking for the subway station”. Samuel offered to take him there, apparently he was going in the opposite direction. He wasn’t amused but Max wasn’t going to accept. “I’ll find a taxi”, he said just as Samuel grabbed his wrist. “Don’t be so difficult, let’s go eat something and I’ll show you the way” was all he said dragging Max with him to a nearby diner.
The man actually bought them food and Max couldn’t say no to that, besides, the man knew which way the subway was. All he couldn’t think of was how much of a creep this Samuel was. He’d just eat and go.
The food was good though, and he was actually enjoying it and he knew it translated on his face. Samuel was eyeing him intently. They talked a little about the chef and the diner. It was a pretty normal conversation and that lead Max to think that maybe the guy wasn’t a creep. He asked him why he chose to do porn. The answer was so dry and boring Max thought to himself he was silly for ever thinking Samuel could be nice. To top it all, Samuel said he would enjoy the job even more if he could fuck him. That was an insult to Max and he wouldn’t take it. He got on his nerves and he wasn’t having this. He began to explain Samuel that he only would let that happen if he got to his status, Porn Star™ status. But Samuel took him up on that, he was serious, “I’ll do it then, I’ll sell more than you do”. Was this a joke? This fella here thought he could make that much money? Was he on drugs? “I’ll accept if you come on second, but I don’t think you’ll get that far”.
–
Max pounded into the small bottom he was fucking for a scene that day. The guy had a blindfold on his face, that was the theme that day. He got him in many positions, from behind or lifting him up. The moaning and grunting were loud and the sound of skin slapping even louder. The cameraman was close, filming Max’s cock going in and out of that asshole. Last was a blowjob shot, fast and sloppy. He grabbed the guy’s hair to direct the cum shot to his face, right on top of the blindfold. It was hot. They called cut and the crew got in charge of clean up and handing the actors their robes and water.
Afterwards, Max saw his damn agent in a corner of the room. He approached him to talk about the scene. The bottom guy was a newbie but he handled Max’s intensity really well. Max told him about his encounter with Samuel the other day, how he thought the man was extremely rude for a newbie himself, but Mr. Agent here told him he was very popular with the female audience. This is the moment that always repeated itself when they spoke, the agent once again asked him to film with Samuel as a bottom and he’d refuse. The insistence was driving Max crazy, he had said ‘no’ how many times already? His agent only thought that the tension would bring a great buildup on screen.
Max only had one option and it was to not let Samuel win their bet. His agent was going to insist until he gave and he wasn’t going to bend. Not now, not ever. All he could do was get his things, dress up and leave the venue.

Next day, Max was calling the production company asking for a reshoot. They were pissed at this because of the budget but Max promised to pay the difference, he was invested in this. He needed this film to be top notch. They changed locations to a luxury cottage in the outskirt of town. There, before the shoot, Max search through the Internet the newest he could find about Samuel, wondering what kind of bottom was in the film this time around. The Internet was incredibly slow so far away of town.
The crew around him kept talking about Samuel and his current project and Max hadn’t notice. The Internet wouldn’t show him what he needed but maybe if he paid attention to the crew he’d get more information.
Turns out his friend Alex from the bar was the last to bottom with Samuel and it hadn’t been too long ago. Max remembered Alex had told him he wanted to do it but he couldn’t help feeling a little bit betrayed.
–
At the ‘office’, Max waited for Mr. Agent for something about a shoot, but when he saw him coming his way he noticed he had company. Said company was Samuel and his agent. They were talking business. Max felt irritated and he hoped his useless agent wasn’t making promises he had already rejected since the beginning. Mr. Agent presented him to the other agent. Max pretended politeness but the second he could, he asked hurriedly for an explanation.
“Our PR team has decided that it would be good if you two appeared in a photo-shoot together”, he said in Max’s ear. Max thought about how uncomfortable this was going to be, but he couldn’t fight the PR team. His efforts only extended to his agent and sometimes the filming crew when they where familiar with him.
They entered the room the shoot was supposed to be done. It was set with two sofas and a coffee table, and a man was already sitting there with a notebook and a pencil. “Are they going to interview us first?” Max said, even though it was quite obvious. He and Samuel sat in the other sofa in front of the interviewer.
The questions were the same as always, how was the shoot, what about the locations, etc. but then Bobby, the interviewer asked Max, “How do you feel with the possibility of being overshadowed by Samuel on this film? He’s about to debut and you are a veteran in the industry, so what are your thoughts on this?”
Max thought quickly and answered that only the audience could tell, but he wished him luck anyway. He expected it to be the only uncomfortable question but then Bobby continued, this time asking Samuel, “What was the film that made you think ‘ah, I want to do porn’?” Samuel, the little shit, pointed to Max and said it was his. “I saw the other actor in the movie and I didn’t like his performance beside Max, I wanted to correct that.” Bobby was impressed and wrote that on his notebook. That was it for the interview apparently, and now they had to do the photo-shoot…
