My "ex-friend's" mother
I want to talk about something that has me both curious and turned on. I had this “friend” I stopped talking to out of the blue for reasons I’ll keep to myself. His family has political connections and they’re what you’d call “old money,” the country club type.
His mom is a straight-up 10/10: a blonde MILF with a killer body, still young. But recently, I ran into her at the gym and I picked up on something—like she was seeking my attention, or at least that’s how it feels. She comes off as this refined, impeccable woman, though I heard from a reliable source that she’s cheated on her husband before.
I avoid her at all costs. I don’t even glance in her direction. I don’t give her the slightest chance for any interaction.
But I’ve noticed her watching me. Sometimes, I’m on the cable machine and she’ll go to another station, but one really close to me, and just stare at her phone. And you have to imagine the body she has—it’s enough to make anyone nervous. I don’t even look at her face.
Or, she’ll take selfies right in front of me using a nearby mirror, even when there are other, more private spots.
Then there was the last time: she was across the free-weight area, and our eyes met a few times. She was staring right at me. Then, she came over to where I was sitting on a bench—with six empty spots—and sat right next to me. There was a huge mirror in front of us, so it was impossible to pretend I didn’t see a body like that so close.
Is this normal behavior that I’m exaggerating in my head? Why would she act like this with the guy who ghosted her son? Why would she want attention from someone like me? Is she one of those women who’s tired and bored with her picture-perfect family and home life, looking for a thrill? Does she find me attractive? Just to be clear: I’m 26 and she’s probably in her early 40s, but she looks younger.
