We Didn’t Have Time for a Bed, So We Took Each Other Right Against the Wall
The second the front door shut, we were all over each other—kisses messy, hands impatient. Her dress was halfway up her thighs before she even kicked her shoes off, and my back hit the wall like it was meant for this. We weren’t thinking, weren’t planning. Just feeling.
She pulled at my shirt, breath hot against my ear as she whispered things she never said out loud. I spun her around, pressing her against the wall, our bodies fitting together like a puzzle we’d solved in another life. Her legs wrapped around my waist, pulling me in closer, deeper.
The wall creaked with every movement, her soft gasps filling the tiny entryway. It wasn’t gentle, it wasn’t slow—it was raw and desperate and real. She clawed at my shoulders, moaning into my neck, and I gave her everything I had right there, against peeling paint and faded wallpaper.
Later, as we stood there catching our breath, clothes askew, she laughed softly and said, “Next time, maybe we’ll make it past the hallway.”
